Students at St. Therese, Phillips sponsored a Year of Mercy from September through April, trying to heed the local cry for help. Each week, children brought in money for a Mercy Jar to be donated to those in need. Students also visited nursing home residents, worked with the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, donated money to families in Guatemala, made Christmas cards, hosted soup suppers and more.
