First-grade religious education students at Holy Rosary, Medford, brightened a local woman’s Christmas with the gift of a 6-foot Christmas tree. The donated, pre-lit tree was then decorated with students’ handmade ornaments. “The recipient thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully decorated tree and was very gracious for the gift,” said Deacon Joe Stefancin. “She even joked that she would leave the tree up until spring so she could gaze at the beauty.” (Submitted photo)
