Fish fry, Superior
St. Anthony Parish, Superior, holds Lenten fish fries every Friday during Lent, 4-6:30 p.m. Menu includes fried or baked fish, mashed or baked potato, coleslaw, vegetable, pickled beets, roll, dessert and beverage (dine-in). Take-outs available. Cost: $15 for adults; $7 for students; preschoolers eat free. Parish is handicapped accessible. Local deliveries available by calling 715-398-3261 Monday through Thursday. Fish fry, Ladysmith
The Ladysmith Knights of Columbus will host Lenten fish fries every Friday during Lent, 4:30-6 p.m., at the Our Lady of Sorrows School gym. Menu includes baked or fried fish, baked potato or French fries, rolls, coleslaw, cake, milk or coffee. Dine-in or take-out. Cost: $13 for adults; $7 for students; preschoolers eat free. The PCCW will have a bake sale each Friday and will collect nonperishable foods for the local food pantry. 715-532-3051.

St. Joseph Parish, Amery, hosts a Lenten fish fry, March 28, 4:30-7 p.m. Dinner features baked or deep-fried fish, baby red or scalloped potatoes, macaroni and cheese, green beans, roll, coleslaw and dessert. Spring dinner, Haugen

Education fundraiser, Spooner
St. Francis de Sales School, Spooner, hosts a Celebration for Education fundraiser.
Evening includes a catered dinner, dessert auction, basket raffles, silent auction, gun raffle, quilt raffle and more. Tickets are $50 each and include a drink ticket plus a chance to win cash prizes.

The Blue Hills Chorale performs spring/Easter concerts at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Weyerhaeuser, 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 6; Nathaniel Lutheran Church, Bruce, 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 9; and Heyde Center for the Arts, Chippewa Falls, 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 13.
