Christmas Bazaar/luncheon, Barron
The St. Joseph Ladies’ Guild, Barron, hosts their annual Christmas bazaar and luncheon on Friday, Dec. 5, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Day includes a hot beef meal, Christmas items, cookie trays and bake sale, raffles and more. Lutefisk and meatloaf dinner, Pattison Park
St. William, Pattison Park, holds a lutefisk and meatloaf dinner, Friday, Dec. 5, 4-7 p.m. Menu includes lutefisk in white sauce or melted butter, boiled potatoes, Swedish meatballs, lefse, coleslaw, peas, pickled beets, beverage and desert. Advent program, Duluth, Minn.
St. Joseph, Duluth Heights, holds an Advent program, “The Crib, the Cross and the Cup: The vision of St. Francis,” Saturday, Dec. 6, noon to 3 p.m. Led by Fr. Advent Concert, Tomahawk
St. Mary’s Choir and friends host their annual Advent Concert at St. Mary’s Church, Tomahawk, on Dec. 7th at 4 p.m. Doors open at 3 p.m.
Sixty-five singers and instrumentalists perform holiday favorites. Admission is free; a freewill offering will be collected. An hors d’oeuvre and dessert reception follows. 715-453-2878.

Women’s retreats, Trego
Diocesan-sponsored women’s retreats will be held Jan. 31-Feb. 1, and Feb. 7-8, 2026, at Trinity Woods Catholic Retreat Center. Sisters from the Handmaids of the Heart of Jesus will lead the retreats.
The focus of the retreats will be on authentic femininity and how identity stems from relationships as mothers, daughters, sisters and brides.
