The public is invited to join Bishop James P. Powers as he celebrates his first Chrism Mass as bishop of the Diocese of Superior, noon, Tuesday, March 15, at the Cathedral of Christ the King, Superior.
Bishop Powers, who was ordained and installed Feb. 18, will bless the Oil of Catechumens and the Oil of the Sick and consecrate the Chrism during the Mass.
