Holy Cross Sisters gather around the shoe soles of their founder, Fr. Theodosius Florentini, during the summer assembly June 13 in Merrill. Fr. Florentini’s soles are “journeying on the roads of the world,” traveling all the provinces and vicariates of the religious community in honor of the 150th anniversary of his death. The soles were brought to Merrill by Sr. Petra Maria Strobl, Taiwan.
Sr. Linda Songy received a blessing from sisters, associates and guests June 13 at Ministry Good Samaritan Health Center Chapel, the former Exultation of the Holy Cross Chapel, Merrill.
