Mike Ryan
Alan Rock, executive director of the Catholic Charities Bureau, Superior, has announced the appointment of Mike Ryan as director of Challenge Center, Inc., a day service program for persons with developmental disabilities.
Ryan brings 40 years of experience in finance, management, human resources and administration, as well as an extensive background in the health care industry, most recently as the executive director of Arc Northland in Duluth.
A Wisconsin native with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in nonprofit management, Ryan assumed his new responsibilities in mid-June. He succeeded Gene Chuzles, who retired after almost 17 years.
