Fr. Ron Serrao, pastor of the Northern Lakes Catholic Communities, served food at the recent fish fry at St. Albert the Great in Land O’ Lakes. The annual event for 20-plus years was halted during the pandemic. Parishioners Gail Mallick and Kelli Verkuilen led the charge and a monster team of volunteers to return to this springtime tradition. “Fr.
