Lucas Lehnert, left, member of St. John’s Parish in Birchwood, and Alexander Allen, right, student at St. Francis de Sales School in Spooner, took part in the Wisconsin State Musical Association’s State Honors Music Project on Oct. 27-28 in Madison. Both eighth-graders, the students were selected through an audition process to perform with the 100-member choir. Students were also selected for a band and an orchestra performance.
