Describe your faith community
We are Catholics, nestled in the beautiful far northern Lake Superior Shores of Wisconsin.
From the first missionary who shared the Good News of God’s love and salvation with our Native American ancestors, our St. Louis faith community has striven to become better stewards of God by sharing our gifts of time, talent and treasures.

“When visitors come to our parish, they will …
… be welcomed as a guest, a friend, and a child of God.”

In what way(s), does your parish proclaim the Gospel with its actions?
Our parish offers faith-filled worship, celebration of sacraments, outreach for poor and needy, sick and homebound, and spiritual growth, leadership developments, and faith formation for all ages.  We practice social justice both in our community and worldwide.

What is something about your parish most people might not know?
The brownstone for our bell tower was originally part of the Holy Family Church, Ashland, and was donated when that church closed and was dismantled.
