The Diocese of Superior’s office of stewardship has extended an invitation to parishes to take up a second collection to aid people and churches that have been impacted by Hurricane Matthew.
Money collected will be used to support Catholic Relief Services’ (CRS) outreach in Haiti and Catholic Charities USA’s efforts in the southeastern United States in providing humanitarian aid to communities and their members.
The office asks that if parishes take up this collection, they do so within the next couple of weeks as the need for aid is critical.
