On Saturday, May 20, the diocese hosted its second Mobile Mexican Consulate in Rice Lake. Around 200 people attended and more than half were able to process all their documents. Participating organizations included The Health Window of St. Mary’s Health Clinic, the Wisconsin Department of Education and the UMOS Organization, which was giving information and filling out financial aid applications for Hispanics who work on farms.
