Diocese of Madison Bishop Robert C. Morlino, 71, died Saturday, Nov. 24, at approximately 9:15 p.m. at St. Mary’s Hospital, Madison. According to Catholic News Agency reports, he suffered a cardiac event during a test and did not recover.
