Children and parents blessed one another on Jan. 9 at the first in-person liturgical celebration shared by English- and Spanish-speaking Catholics since the pandemic began.
“People who visit catholicdos.org on Feb. 1 are in for a treat,” said Anne Tracy, lead website content manager for the Diocese of Superior.
Reflecting on questions she was presented regarding her experience as a Catholic school alumna and current teacher, Debbie Olson-Leckel of Spooner shared, “The church building has changed, teachers come and go, but the one thing that stays the same is my faith!”
In early January, the Diocese of Superior sent out detailed instructions to parish leaders to begin implementing the parish phase of the Synod on Synodality. During the months of January and February, parish clusters will hold in-person gatherings to come together for prayer and discussion.
