As Nick Vande Hey, Rob Reynebeau, Benedict Wood, and Carl Oman arrived at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Champion, there was no time to waste. “Our goal was to make it for 11 a.m. Mass,” said Vande Hey, smiling … and that is exactly what they did.
